What is an Integrative Approach to Your Health and Wellness?

I received my training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. I am trained to help you work towards achieving your personal health and wellness goals. In a nutshell, I serve as your health behavior change expert.

My integrative approach means I combine my background in Psychology, Education, and Complimentary medicine, as well as collaborate with other practitioners when needed, to provide you with full support.

My idea of wellness goes beyond what you eat, how you look, and where you are. It’s about creating a personal system that works for you.
A system that integrates the different areas of your health and wellness that need tweaking to create a plan that works for you in your real life.

As your partner in health, I help you find the healthier, happiest, most productive version of yourself.

How I work?

I work very closely with you with to simply and easily weave in the changes you desire into your day-to-day among all the other responsibilities in your life.

My focus is on the Whole You.

We may begin working on different areas of health and wellness that are all inter-connected to your overall health and wellbeing – mind, body and spirit.

And consistency working on strengthening my ability to reframe life’s disappointments and adversities into opportunities – a key enhancer to my wellbeing and yours!

You see, to find balance in the different areas that make-up our health, we need to optimize your nutrition needs as well as identify the areas in your life you need most support with. For example, understand what to eat, how to time your meals, what to do when cravings hit, how to better organize your schedule or how to address a relationship or work issue that’s been bringing you down.

Together we identify the changes you want to make.

We create a solid framework to get you there.

We break them down into small simple steps.

Everyone needs to take different steps and make those changes that will work for them and their lives. I work with individuals to find the best way for them to achieve their best balance. I don’t expect you to eat broccoli for a year, stop eating out or become an athlete (unless you want to).
