Because every person’s needs are different, I offer one-on-one nutrition and healthy lifestyle coaching where we start where you are – current food habits, your daily routine, symptoms, stressors, and areas in your life such as emotional and physical wellness that you would like support with.

Based on your goals, we work hand-in-hand to optimize your nutrition and wellness needs and transform how you feel about yourself from the core. By meeting your specific needs, you find the healthier, happiest, most productive version of yourself.

Nutrition and Health Coaching Package

  • 6 sessions x 60 minutes each
  • Delivery Format – Full 60-minute sessions or Check-in 30 minute sessions scheduled as needed.
  • Unlimited support via text messaging and email in between sessions.
  • Step-by-step plan, recommendations, guidelines, recipes and educational handouts.
  • Referrals and collaboration with other practitioners for your optimum wellbeing, should that be necessary.

Of course! that’s what personalized coaching is about. Each week, we check-in to make sure our plan is working for you and adjust to ensure you maintain your results.

This program is perfect for you if:

  • You’ve been meaning to eat healthier and feed your kids healthier food, but not sure where to start or how to go about it.
  • You are super busy and don’t have time to spend hours shopping, prepping, cooking yet you want to eat healthy and let go of a few kilos in the process.
  • You want to lose weight –you keep trying different diets and then eat your way back to right where you started – it’s not about motivation or will.
  • You go to the gym, pay your gym membership, go a few times then keep postponing it or you don’t go at all.
  • Get on track for a bit then fall off at the slightest stressor and the cycle continues.

Once you approve our plan, I email you a detailed Health History Form to fill and we book your session to get you started with simple steps right away.

I understand my clients live in different countries where technology may not always be accessible. In turn, you can complete your payment using your credit card, cheque or cash. Whichever works best for you.

We will hold the sessions online, by phone or in person Mondays to Fridays depending on where you are in the world!

Our sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis the first 4 weeks.

If after 4 sessions you feel comfortable to space them out – to every 2 weeks, we do that. We go at your pace so to make sure you are following the recommendations and reach your goals.

You have my unlimited support throughout the duration of our coaching period. We communicate via text messaging and email in between sessions to give you support and answer to your needs that arise in the real day-to-day.

  • Food sensitivities and intolerances. We eliminate key allergen foods like gluten, sugar and dairy then re-introduce it to and see you how you feel.
