Personalized Health Coaching Sessions: we start where you are in terms of diet and lifestyle. We start with the areas you need most support and guidance with.
How it works? we agree on simple steps you are comfortable with to make the changes you want to make.
Frequency: weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
Purpose: we assess how the recommendations went, incorporate and maintain what is working for you and adapt the plan as needed until you meet your goals.
Personalized Healthy Gifts: along the way, your receive individualized gifts, relevant to your needs, to support and encourage you! These range from inspiring books or DVDs to natural body care products, organic edibles, things for the home and more.
Easy & Informative Handouts: If you are not sure which bread to choose, which grains or oils to use, I will guide you through that. You will receive quick and easy references to help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
Healthy & Simple to Prepare Recipes: you will have access to a full range of recipes that are healthy and easy to prepare. As we begin to lay out your plan for wellness, I’ll help you find new recipes that fit your dietary needs and taste.
