Our Signature Group Programs can be run online and at your location*ask us about the details. 
You can choose to go at it on your own or hire a coach to walk you through it weekly. 
Eat To Slim Down & Energize 6-Week Program
  • Is designed for busy women (and men) who want to get on a healthier track. We follow a step-by-step process (a weekly focus) to incorporate healthier foods and ways of living into your day to day.
  • Every week you have an ‘Action Step’ to take. It is essential you follow the guidelines in order to build on your progress and emerge with the desired results and tools to keep after the completion of the program.
  • You leave having learnt to easily incorporate healthier foods and ways of living into your day to day . You feel energetic and vibrant from the inside out – and adjust your weight in the process.
  • Private Facebook Group: where all the action happens, Unlimited support, daily mentoring, informational posts, picture sharing, recipes sharing and all your questions answered.
